Exceptional staff and location, I had an enjoyable stay. I loved having a work desk, a dining area and a seating area. The restaurant was nice and served tasty food. It was so sweet to get ironing free of charge too.

Spotless hotel, pleasant staff, handy location close to all the water sports. We loved our functional room and exceptionally comfortable beds. The breakfast was freshly cooked, plenty of fine food. Facilities were great too.

It was a SUPERB stay. Absolutely perfect staff and lovely breakfasts. The hotel had a brilliant location in Balloch. Decent view of ocean. Lovely garden and good pool.

Spectacular location, very efficient staff, tidy venue, hot breakfast. Luxury rooms and exceptional restaurant. Nice design of it. Walking distance to the amazing beach. Pool was great, comfortable to sit around.

The bed was lovely, the location - perfect and the staff - loyal! Thanks again to housekeeper, you rock! The room was big and had everything we needed. It was not far from Loch Lomond. We enjoyed quick bites Mcdonald's Restaurants, situated 200 metres away from the hotel.
